Does anyone have one of these? Mines about to go out the window

I'm trying to blow it up, hood up and fine, padded base up and fine. Cannot get the sides up, is there a knack to it or do I have a broken one?

I'm sorry I don't know how to fix it but with anything I struggle with I try YouTube - is there anyone on there who has a "how to" video?

Through that I learned how to remove the filter in my vacuum cleaner and that I had assembled the jumperoo incorrectly!

Obviously not enough as its now starting to deflate looking very sorry for itself in the garden!
