2nd birthday dilemma

DD will be 2 on Saturday. For various reasons, chiefly that ds will only be 11 days, we are not having her party (which will be just family anyway) until the 22nd. So what should we do on Saturday? Do we give her the presents from us and the cards etc that arrive, or do we just ignore the whole day and make the 22nd her real birthday?

think i would leave everything until 22nd...its not like she will know/care one way or the other.
maybe give her one small present and her fave food for dinner???

Prufrock! we have twins - my DD will also be 2 on Sat. (Taking her up to MIL for cake and sugar rush)
