Hi I stored my first borns Moses basket in the attic and am now expecting my second baby, I was just wondering if I could wash the actual basket without ruining it, I was thinking of using the shower just to make sure no dust and fibres were lingering????

I think you best bet will be hoovering it. Washing will probably just clump together any dust, and might damage the basket.

Our basket spent several years in my SILs loft and is none the worse for it after a dust-off. The cotton liner forms a barrier between baby and the actual basket anyway.
