NO sex drive

since having my daughter (who is now almost 2) I have had no sex drive at all and I am worried I am abnormal? We have sex around once a month. Anyone else out there have the same issue? Is once a month normal? Or should it be more often? We have been together almost ten years. Thanks for any advice!

Same, zero drive since having kids, worse than yours I'd say. My youngest is over 3 so probably should do something about it, but other than feeling I SHOULD be bothered, I am not actually that bothered, so manage to ignore it. Bit of a shock tough as used to have pretty high drive pre-kids.

Are you on any contraception? I would say if it's been this long it's worth seeing your GP. Some medical/hormonal issues can cause lower sex drive.

I have a coil (copper, no hormones) so definitely not contraception related. Had PND which I think is more likely the culprit, not suffering now but I will say it casts a long shadow.
