No I don't care what other people feed their kids. Not in the least bit interested.

nailpolish · 16/11/2006 12:49

cod, i cant not let dd's go to friends houses, she would be devastated

who cant make an effin decent sandwich or soup ffs

coppertop · 16/11/2006 12:49

Can't say I even notice what other people are eating.

nailpolish · 16/11/2006 12:50

my frickin soup and pizza is frickin brilliant!

Gobbledigook · 16/11/2006 12:50

Oh NP - ds2 had his friend for tea the other night. He asked for a 'nana' (FGS, he's 4!), took one bite and said he didn't like 'nanas' (fecking organic it was too ). Then tea - homemade pizza - 'I don't like pizza', cucumber 'I don't like that', organic chips he ate.

Against my usual policy I gave dessert - well, strawberries and apple chopped up in a bowl - 'I don't like that'.

I tell you, I thought my kids were fussy!!!

cremolafoam · 16/11/2006 12:50

all dd's fiends are 'allergic' to 'green' food.
grrrrrrrrrrr

GreenLumpyTonsilsAgain · 16/11/2006 12:50

I do a bit, yes. Not as much as I care what mine eat, obviously. But at the level of general concern for child welfare, I do object to some of the poisons that are marketed to children as "treats".

Same as I don't like people drowning kittens, really, although my first loyalty is to my own cat

TheHighwayCod · 16/11/2006 12:52

min woudlnt have eaten your tea GG

I do, I stand outside supermarkets and vet people's lists before they are allowed to go inside

I have a reward chart with stickers on that I give to parents who have made a particular effort to improve that week

WriggleJiggle · 16/11/2006 12:53

Nope, don't care at all what they eat. Even if dd was old enough to go to a friends house and eat turkey twizzlers and chips, whats the problem with that - not as if it's going to make a huge difference to her overall diet.

cremolafoam · 16/11/2006 12:53

one of them can only eat fried chicken whilest in a prone position on the sofa watching the simpsons
