To pre-school on his pjs??? I'm trying to get him school ready . He can fully dress himself apart from buttons and socks . I'm sick of the rows!!

I would just dress him and take him.

Save the getting dress battles for weekends/school holidays for now.

I give my nearly 5 year old 5 minutes set on a timer with the promise he will go to preschool in whatever state he is in when the timer goes off, so yes I would

I would, and have.

I put my 4 yr old in the car with no shoes on this morning, because he wouldn't do it.

Often I'll help, but we were running late, and I'd asked several times before telling him I would put him in the car with no shoes on. I did take the shoes to nursery, but just left him and the shoes there. I didn't put them on for him.
