DD 1 year drinks loads of water, which I'm not complaining about, but as a result she is soaking nappies right through, and understandably waking all wet and bothered at about 4am. I've tried changing the nappy at 10:30 when we go to bed, but sometimes it's not wet at all, she seems to have an amazing capacity for holding her bladder until the early hours. I've tried sitting her on a potty (Iknow she's too young, just thought it worth a try) after her bath and making a psssssss sound, which makes her giggle, and she copies the sound, very funny . I give her a bottle of milk before bed, which can't help. I haven;t tried restricting water, but she tries to drink the bath water if she's thirsty so not sure there's much point anyway. Any ideas. Also I use washable nappies (with about a hundred boosters!), but have switched to Moltex biodegradable for night time use, which are loads better, but not solving the problem.
Any ideas or do I just accept the broken nights?
