Any advice for my PIP interview?

Got the interview next week and feel really anxious about it having read so many negative things about the process. Any advice about what to expect? I have had an ESA interview. Is it similar? thanks

Husbands social worker told him to base his answers on the worst days (if yours differ). I wasn't at his interview, so don't know exactly what it was like, but he said it wasn't as bad as he expected. i do know he was asked to demonstrate some of his physical capabilities (or not in his case).
