Breakfast - banana, slice of wholemeal toast with unsalted butter, fruit yoghurt
Snack - milk with rice cake/organix biscuit/half a croissant
Lunch - baked beans, scrambled egg
Snack - as before
Dinner - sliced cucumber, sliced peppers, peas, mashed potato, fish fingers
I'm asking because I don't rate my own ability to plan a healthy diet for myself but I've tried v hard to do better by DS and this is where we've ended up. Reassurance or constructive criticism very welcome.
