Nappy rash solution?

DS has been on antibiotics until Monday. He has had a nappy rash for the last few days - sometimes cracked and bleeding. Have tried sudocrem and metanium on it. Nappy off time too. Doesnt seem to be going. Any suggestions? He's 10m, had another tooth just cut the gum too.

Go to your GP. There are other ointments that can be prescribed and which are more effective.

I have a tube of canestan that was prescribed previously for him, would this do the trick?
