hi after some advice please,ex hubby moved down cheshire and marries someone who hed known for 6 weeks ,has not seen ds1 for 6m my son is now in a routine,ex hubby says hes coming up to take him out soon [hes said that a few times ]Hmm can he do that or can i say no as dont want ds1 upset again?

Did you get access to your son sorted out through your local County Court?

no it was just an agreement that we did our selfs no court involved.
