IMSE VIMSE-Are they any good before I add to my stash? They sound good. Experiences here please!

Ds1 who will be donning these, amongst others, if I go ahead, weighs in at 25lbs at 16months. (is that 'normal' btw while I think of it?)
I realise from what I've read that I will need a booster for nught with them but I intend to use them for day.
Are they any good?

Would I need a booster for day aswell as he pees a lot. If yes, that defeats the object of them being slim, no?

Hi there, I've not tried them but i think they may not be particularly absorbant for an older baby.
