Paternity

I would like to know if any of you are in the same boat? A few years back my mum told me that my dad was not dead and was in fact alive and well. The story is a little complicated as he is Australian and has never lived in Britain. He is a man I do not care to know as any (email) communication proves he's a dick but I was always meaning to get round to a paternity test. He has jumped on an incorrect assertion by me that my mum's blood group is 0. Since mine is A, he gloried in telling me that he could not possibly be my father. Relations had been going from bad to worse (always online) anyway.

I have asked his sister to message him (his work email is no longer valid as he is retired) and I have had limited response in the vein of to stop interfering in his life. I might had the last time I emailed him was when my son was 1 and he is now 8!

What would you do next? His sister has remained silent for about a week when I asked for confirmation of address and agreement.
