Travel sickness tablets while breast feeding

Does anyone know if you can take Kwells or Joyrides if you're breast feeding?

I'm flying next week and haven't been able to get an appt at my doctors all week to find out, argh.

DS first trip abroad and I don't want to taunt him on his flight with my sickness.
