Ds, 2, always wanted me - he'd cry if I left the room etc and was a very cuddly mummy's boy. It upset dh and also meant I had to do everything. Last couple of months he has really warmed to DH - he's very happy with DH's lego skills over mine Blush and happily waves goodbye when I go out and lets dh put him to bed etc. He'll even go to DH for cuddles when he hurst himself if dh is more available than me. This is obviously a very very very good thing - I want him to love dh and also I am expecting dc3 and can't be the one to do it all. So I am being silly right, being a bit sad it's not me he wants all the time now...

It's bound to feel a little sad, you were his favourite after all. But just look at the positives, smile and remember you'll always be mum!
