DS Won't let me change his nappy

DS is 2.10 months. He has become a nightmare lately in that everytime I go to change his nappy he really fights me and won't let me do it. I normally have such a hard time changing it and with lots of tears just about manage it. It is getting a problem as he is at pre- school 2 mornings a week (tends to do poohs in the morning), and he is fighting the teacher.

I have tried potty traing him and he has shown no iterest whatsoever - I say do you want to go on the potty and he says no. His speech is not very good for his age, so it is not a case of him saying mummy i want a wee.
If anybody could offer any advise I would be very grateful.

Have a dd5 and she wasn't a problem like him!

My son is 17 months and an absolute nightmare when it comes to changing his nappy. At the weekends it takes 2 of us to pin him down and even then there is so much screaming and wriggling that it takes about 5 mins. I'm afraid to say that today I could fight no longer and bribed him with chocolate. It worked but I not it's not a long term solution. Have you tried doing a sticker chart with your son. If he's good and lies still he can choose a sticker afterwards?
