Just what the title says, really! Which is the best barrier cream for newborn botts?

barrier- sudocrem all the way
nappy rash repair- metanium

Bepanthen or Burt Bees are our faves . For a new born I would use the Bepanthen though.

Agree with Drapolene - have recommended it on here many times. It really is gentle but v effective.
Personally don't like metanium - especially on slightly broken skin - it really stings.
