They're not forgotten about, just perhaps not discussed very much on Mumsnet. I'm not sure why you're so thrilled that this article exists - I'm sure I've seen many similar ones before.

These are fears that women have as well as everything else that they have to cope with i.e. "I have to give birth eventually".
