Does this look like pox?

2.5yo was a bit off colour Saturday, no temp or anything but we went to hell/play centre and she wasn't particularly bothered by being there which raised concerns.
Woke up yesterday with spotty/pimples on chest still no temp and back to happy/demanding self.
Woken up today even more spots all over but no blisters or temp and in a good mood playing eating etc. I've never seen pox and pics online all look like blisters. Could this be early stages? Ta

DS recently had chicken pox and based on my experience I'd say no. He got 2/3 spots on his back and chest at first an they were clearly blistery. I'd say the pox spots are fewer and more distinct than that. There's a really good picture on the nhs website actually, DS's looked exactly like the picture.

Here you go! Good luck working out what it is, hope she feels better soon.

It could be, my DD is now on day 6 and hasn't been at all bothered by them apart from an upset tummy, she hasn't had a temperature or been lethargic or off her food.

I wouldn't say so. When my son had chicken pox he didn't really seem bothered by it. They were bigger and more spaced apart. I guess you could go docs if you're concerned. Could it be heat rash maybe..?
