I've just noticed my 8wk ds left side cheek is swollen and tender and feels harder than his right cheek which is very soft. He doesn't bother when I touch it or seem to be in any pain. He's fine in himself and fed well no high temperature (36.5). Anyone know what it can be I'm panicking a bit?
