can you really shout to 2 years old........loud!!!

just having a bit of problem to put him down
DS 2.2 , couple times DH shout at him to go down
shut up...loud...

and he did listen went to sleep straight away,,,

is that right?

madmarchflare are you still there...?

he doesn't want to go down...it's hard work in the evening...sometimes we try from 9.00 pm to
11.15 and he still cries and wants to be up....
