This sounds crazy but has anyone got advice for creating a capsule wardrobe for a 8 month old girl or any child!!!

Over the past 8 months I have completely over estimated how much clothes she will need and have ended up with loads of clothes she has worn a handful of times. Seems such a waste of money!!

Yep. Pinafore dress. Pack of 3 long sleeved tops in colours that go with dress. Pack of 3 t shirts. 2 x plain leggings. 2 x striped or patterned leggings. 2 x cardigans. A skirt and/or shorts. Pack of cream tights. I bought loads of stuff from various brands but for a capsule-wear-loads wardrobe I'd now go JoJo's for the separates and Next for the tops/vests/T shirts. Just find the fabrics better quality, but might just be the way I wash stuff!

p.s. Baby Zara do great quality and reasonably priced T shirts. I'd also buy a fancy or nicer dress from there for occasions. Which tbh my dd would probably still only wear twice Wink

I agree re jo jo's. Whilst they are more expensive they wash miles better than primark etc and go for decent money on eBay!

I love H&M, nearly all of DDs clothes were h&m apart from her sleepsuits (next)

For spring/summer:-
2x rompers
4x leggings
4x tops/tunics
1x cardi
1x sunhat
7x popper vests (I didnt like to do laundry for her more than once a week!)
2x summer dresses (light cotton)
Few pairs of socks

Thanks that sounds good. In your experience, did your Los slow down their growth after 6 month? Mine is currently 8 months and generally wearing size 18-24 months clothes.
