Not sure this is the right place but looking for some reassurance! My 18month old has just been sick in her cot. Heard her as I was awake so went in straight away but she was just lay on her back being sick! Now really worried that if I was asleep I wouldn't have heard her and she could have choked herself. Am I being a bit irrational? Does anyone have experience of this? Thanks in advance
