How do we cope with bummy mummies? Friends and their potty-training kids aren?t nice to be near

I?ve got a group of old college friends, most of us now mums with kids in the thrall of potty-training. Some of the mothers have a fairly, er, relaxed attitude to the tolerance of the rest of us while this takes place. For instance, last Sunday?s lunch at a single friend?s house saw two toddlers hauled into the dining room to squat on the pot having noisy diarrhoea throughout the meal. For pudding, the hostess got diarrhoea on the walls, while each oblivious mother held the guests spellbound with a moist-eyed, loving description of each child?s ?productions? through the week. The lip-smacking descriptions of vomit contained detail worthy of a celebrity chef. Oh, and the family smells bad now (even mummy in her business suit.)
Please help! The offenders have got babies too, and we can?t stand another two years of, er, crap.
