Hedrin and a nitty gritty.

There's no quick way to get rid. The lyclear should kill the eggs (I think) then it's a case of combing them out. I use a tea tree conditioner on wet hair and comb through. I hate them make my skin crawl. Good luck

Conditioner and nitty gritty with one treatment of head lice shampoo worked here. I was absolutely fastidious for 2 weeks with the nitty gritty every second night. I am scratching even thinking about it. Don't forget 60 degree bedding washes.

Wet combing is your answer
You don't need the lotion just some cheap conditioner and a nit comb
Every couple of days wash hair and put lots od conditioner in
Then section the hair and city mob from root to end in one motion
Wipe comb on flannel and you should see lice and nits caught in the conditioner
Keep repeating process till hair is clear
Pay particular attention to behind eats and nape of neck
Your aim is to remove the eggs rather than killing live lice
Once hair is clear do a check with conditioner and not comb every week. That way you remove the eggs before they hatch
Wash combs in tea tree oil and put some in the conditioner too or use in final rinse

Dd has just had nits. She was crawling. Conditioner and nitty gritty seriously small sections with the comb and wipe on a towel after each sweep with the comb.
Treated with hedrin that night as well and another comb through in the morning with conditioner wiping on a towel every sweep.
Hedrin follow up a week later and another comb through in the morning produced nothing thankfully. Another comb through due tonight.
