vomiting after feeds

my dd is 2.5 weeks old and has been fed aptamil formula since birth. The last few days however she has started vomiting the whole bottle up about half an hour after. though it's not after every bottle.

can formula start to disagree with babies even if they've been ok on it previously? I burp her after every 20-30 mls or so and she takes about 120 mls every 3 hrs.

should I try different formula? or is there another reason she's vomiting more?

I had the same problem with my DD2. She used to frequently vomit breastmilk and formula, turns out she had reflux and had to switch onto aptamil anti reflux. Worked great for vomiting however it does make her a little constipated so often had to give her extra cooked boiled water. I would speak to your health visitor and gp about it.
