Spotty dribble chin!

My 6mo DD dribbles constantly! Within about 30 minutes I have to change bibs as they are soaked through. She is getting an increasingly spotty chin, which is really unsightly.

She does have a dummy to go off to sleep, but spits it out when she is asleep.

I've tried putting sudocream on it, but it makes no difference. Any suggestions as to what might help?

Could be teething but I'd get her throat checked out by a GP, she may have an infection or large tonsils which affect her swallowing. Does she mouth breathe a lot?

It's just one of those things, in my experience. The only way to fix it would be to keep the skin dry, which is nigh on impossible. It won't last forever Smile

DS is the same! He has eczema which it makes flare up. Oilatum cream or E45 can help clear it up but I have no idea how to stop it, we just keep going with changing the dribble bibs all the time. Smile
