What age? I have been happy with Melissa and Doug things, they are for little children though.

Mellissa and Doug
Eeboo
Pintoy
Dejaco
B.toys
Jelly cat
Playmobil
Lego
Lottie dolls
Green toy
Bruder

I buy from these companies a lot. I'm sure there are more but I can't think off them, I think a good toy should last well.

If its for a toddler you can't go wrong with the imaginext range. I got alot for ds1 and it's still like new ready for ds3 to play with.

Orchard toys make lovely board game things for pre-school/ks1 children. And if you lose a piece and email them they'll replace it for you. Brilliant customer service.

Manhattan toys. I'm don't know what they do for older kids but the baby/toddler stuff is lovely. Lots of beautiful wooden stuff. Can't bear attic crap.Smile

Highlove · 12/03/2015 22:31

Plastic crap.

Mrsteddyruxpin · 12/03/2015 22:34

That's brillant orchard toys do that!

I love Melissa and Doug stuff.

Actually love ikea too.

Le Toy Van, Legler and Djeco make lovely wooden toys. If you look at them on Amazon it will bring up similar products by other brands. We have some great wooden ice creams, cakes etc that get sued with lots.

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 14/03/2015 20:50

Ikea. Especially the kitchen.

Smerlin · 15/03/2015 07:34

We go for Melissa and Doug, Hape, Janod, Ambi, Brio. Ikea do nice wooden classic toys. Lamaze when she was a baby.
