Help needed to interpret safety instructions!

The bedside crib I am using advises it is safe to use until the child can roll.

Is this roll fully over onto stomach or side would you suggest?

It's probably to stop them rolling out ... but my dd just rolled off the sofa (dh caught her instantly ) when we thought she could only do side rolls!
