Baby bubble bath

I admit I've often heard people say that Johnson's is terrible for babies skin but we were given some when dd was born and her skin has always been fine bar a bit of cradle cap so carried on using it. She had a rash last week so we were bathing her in just water and the cradle cap has all but disappeared!

So please inspire me with lovely gentle baby bubble bath! (I know, I know, she doesn't actually need anything in the water at this age ...)

We used just water on DD until she was about 5 weeks old. Since then we decided to use something because she has quite a lot of hair and it was getting a bit grubby at times. I don't use it every bath but only when I think she needs a good wash. We use Burts Bees Baby Bee and it seems to be really gentle, she has never had any skin problems apart from a small amount of cradle cap.

We use oilatum junior which leave his skin so lovely and soft. No bubbles but it doesn't dry out his skin at all.

Oilatum Junior here too, it's what the doctor prescribes for eczema.

No bubbles. Bubbles are bad news for eczema-prone skin so we don't do bubble baths here, and keep a tub of bubbles by the bath for blowing instead.

My ds has eczema but it's really under control so we've started using bubble bath. We use Childs Farm bubble bath and their shampoo too. It's lovely and hasn't effected his skin at all.

E45 foam bath is the only bubble bath which hasn't aggravated DS' skin

We like Waitrose own brand baby bubble bath. It's very mild and simple, no nasties and very cheap.

Another vote for Waitrose own here!

I use Weleda but it's pricy ... considering Waitrose own brand now! Grin
