help ds age 3 is dry during day. when do i try keeping clean during day. have dd 6 year old been clean during day for 3 weeks due to prem birth (chronic constipation) (3months prem) needs advise.and other of problems

Is ds2 SN (special needs)? I presume not, therefore you should be able to go for clean during the day now, my three achienved it about this age.

Thanks for help, its very daunting and very new to me. Not sure if dd is sn, has problems with bowels eyes and ears, but developement wise is catching up fast finally. but it's nice to have other mums to talk too.
