Juggling day to day things with two small children

I made this silly video with the intention to make a great beauty vlog, it ended up staying as original footage because I just could not believe how hilarious and very very real it was. The children fighting in the background, asking silly questions, interrupting those makeup moments and essentially allowing you about 4 minutes of get ready time.

What do you think about the video? True to life?

:)

The make-up looks good in the end. I had no idea it took so much make-up to look like that - that's where I've been going wrong!
I'm not sure it's hilarious... but 'true to life' - yes, it's authentic.

timeforsleepnow · 25/02/2015 19:13

I like it.
I am also thinking I should be wearing more make up Confused

MummyConstant · 25/02/2015 20:09

I suppose to me it's hilarious.

I'm really sorry my goal wasn't to suggest that everyone should wear a lot of make up!

That's my day to day combination when I have spotty skin! Smile

Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it. But I feel bad if I've made you feel you need to wear more make up. Shock sorry.

Yes that made me laugh because its just like one of my mornings. Especially the 'don't hurt eachother bit'!!

sunabroad · 25/02/2015 21:21

Lovely! Nice and natural looking, and your daughters are cute Grin

Would you recommend the foundation?

sosix · 25/02/2015 21:29

You are very pretty. Im afraid thats not like my current mornings as I do the get up, clean teeth, brush hair and dress, no make up!!

MummyConstant · 26/02/2015 09:30

Do you find you constantly say "dont hurt eachother"? :)

sunabroad - it certainly seems to be the ticket and it only cost a few £ on amazon! Bargain :)

Thank you so much that is a lovely thing to hear! No make up - that sounds very brave. :) for me anyway... When I have a tan I can go about the day to day with no make up on.

I think your make up looks lovely. When my dss stays I can't prise him off my make up long enough for me to apply it Smile it's tricky with kids around.

MummyConstant · 26/02/2015 11:34

Thank you Binnie0309 - my daughter loves copying mummy :)

plantsitter · 26/02/2015 14:47

This is a great video. I'm impressed you told the truth about the pants - I would've said 'yes that says Friday put them on' waaay before the second pair came out!!

MummyConstant · 26/02/2015 14:52

mummyconstant you have helped to inspire me, i wore tinted mostuiser, black/brown mascara and lip balm (coloured). Feel goodFlowers

MummyConstant · 02/03/2015 12:22

@sosix

That is a lovely thing to hear, it wasnt my intentions, but it is nice to know that I have inspired you to try new products.

Tinted moisturiser is a great trick! I use it when I remember :)

Thanks for letting me know.
