9 months and not happy

Im looking for some advice please my 9 month old is never happy she crys all the time even if im holding her. If I leave her to play she just screams and she wakes 3 to 4 times a night screaming. Please help im beginning to think im doing something wrong.

Have you ruled out common medical reasons for upset - the main one that comes to mind is reflux / food intolerance issues? Discussed with your GP?

Do you think it could be teething? Maybe try calpol and see if that helps?
I have a cryer too, she's a high needs toddler and it can be very very tough.
