How to ease carpet burn??

DD is nearly 1 and has finally mastered crawling only problem now she's got some nasty carpet burns on her knee and somehow her shins, is there anything I can put on there which would soothe it? She does usually crawl in leggings and socks but id let her go commando earlier for an hour, and now has a red mark which resembles a graze on both of her legs.

Sudocrem?

Not got dc yet (first due!) so I can't say whether it works or not, but I use it on grazes for myself, and it's good for areas of skin that have been under pressure (eg low grade pressure ulcers)
