Feeling bad at getting cross at my 2 year old

I always thought I was a patient person till I parented a toddler. Feeling bad for raising my voice and hiding for a couple of minutes. I know he's v tired as he is dropping his nap - all he wants to do is eat and watch tv.

Don't worry. I've shouted more times at DS1 in the past 14wks since DS2 was born than in the previous 2yrs
Toddlers are hard work. Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow's another day.

Don't sweat it, we all do it occasionally out of the sheer exhaustion that is looking after toddlers.
