taking ds1 out of my homw town

hi im divorced now my ex now lives in cheshire and he wants to take him down there can i get an order to say he cant take him out of my home town??

You're looking for a Prohibited Steps order (not a lawyer) but you need a good reason, with evidence, as that's a pretty restrictive move.

What are the reasons? Are you worried about the child's safety? If so then I would speak to a solicitor.

hes just been a nasty arse !!! telling me he can take him where ever he wants ,but not long ago he had my son in his flat and fell asleep and my son got out and was found on the main road by a couple who then rang the police, ds2 has sn too.he has new gf not that im botherd at all and she says i cant look after him wtf !! and they gonna go for full costody.this is the same man who rang me in hosp saying he wanted me to get some medicine for my son as he kept coughing all the time ,like i could id just had spinal surgery and was in hosp for 9 weeks and he only had him the two weeks as he needed a break !!!also hes not seen him since dec !!
