Can teething cause vomiting?

My DD(22 months) has rarely been sick, but there have been 2 occasions in the last couple of weeks where she has randomly been sick - just once, and then has been absolutely fine afterwards.

She has rosy cheeks, particularly on 1 side, so wondered if teething could cause the sickness, or if we need to be looking at anything else (something she has eaten perhaps)?

Thanks!

It did for my dd1. Only molars though. She would be fine an hour later or after a sleep.

Thanks - that's how it seems to be for DD but didn't know whether to be worried or not. It's a pain with childcare though Hmm

Yes!
My Dd was sick with pretty much every one! After about 4 I came to realise that a spectacular vomit equalled new tooth! (I think it was something to do with the extra saliva, making her cough and triggering the sick...)
