Hi,
Dd has a little nappy rash and have been using sudocrem, however hv suggested bepanthen for breathability. But it contains almond oil which i cant use, any suggestions for an alternative with breathability breathability?

The thinnest smear of metanium. Should be beside bepanthen at the shop. Amazing stuff. But don't slather it on like you would sudocrem, or it'll just soak into the nappy, prevent absorption and be wasted as a barrier. Sorted out my DS's bum a few times when the toddler diahorrea was at its worst.

I don't know about the ingredients, but if it's suitable for you I highly recommend it.

Another vote for metanium - the one in the yellow tube.
