Someone loves me, really they do.

Have just found out my first placement, Public Health - literally 15 min walk from my house.

With health visitor, School Nurse and district nurse. Im soo happy, It means I can walk ds1 to school and then go straight into the clinic, instead of having to traipse across bham in the cold.

Im so excited i could pee myself.

Woo hoo, so pleased for you

nursing degree, the uni made it really clear that we would be expected to go anywhere within a 10 mile radius of bham city centre, I live in north bham and really thought that I would be placed somewhere way over on the other side of brum.
So I am so pleased because it means that I dont have to stick Ds into before school club. its a perfect placement, its not just a clinic, but one of those new 'urgent care centres' to relieve local A+E so I know that I will see LOADS of interesting stuff there!

Sounds fab emma, am racking brains trying to think where it is now LOL.

Most unis are pretty good i think. My friends placements have all been within a nice distance so far too.
