Teething symptoms in 6mo-diarrhoea?

Morning parents! My lo has just turned 6 months and is still almost exclusively breastfed so her nappies are usually fairly runny anyway but for the past 4 days she has been having diahorroea after every feed which seems to be making her uncomfortable too as she can't sleep for longer than about 1.5 hours when previously she would go for 3-4 hours. I'm just wondering whether this could be a teething symptom or am I more likely to be dealing with a bug of some sort? She doesn't have any other symptoms of teething apart from being extra fractious. She also got a diagnosis of eczema yesterday so I can't be sure it's not that which is making her wake frequently?! I haven't slept for longer than an hour since Friday and am getting a bit zombie faced! ??

My son had really bad nappies during teething and resulted in nappy rash. He was FF but his faeces would become "grainy" like wholegrain mustard (apologies for the graphic description!) during teething and very very loose. As it flared up before weaning, I spoke to my HV who advised me on skin care but after weaning, I tried to add lots of fibre to his diet at the time (figured that this diarrhoea was a symptom of teething so just needed to manage this by trying to "bulk it up".

However that said, you should check it out to ensure that it is not a bug or other cause.
