My sons father took me to court for contact he had a contact order made stating he gets 1 weekly contact 1 additional fornightly sat contact and extra contact through holidays ! My son is 4 and the father has argued n fought that he gets every second of contact hes "owed" . A week before xmas he txt say hes not well enough for contact . Then since out of the 7 contacts he should of had hes only had 2 with no explination or reason or even letting us know so i know not to get my son ready ! He doesnt know the time for next contact on sat but hasnt made any effort to find out should i text him or just leave him to it?
