Best place to buy stuff for 3 year old girl's birthday party?

I will need about 15 paper cups, plates, tablecloths, party bags and presents to go in them. Anyone know where I can get nice stuff, reasonably priced, preferably in PURPLE as it's her favourite colour. I will be heavily pregnant (all being well) at the time so don't want to have to do the washing up!
