Absolutely. No distance at all.

Yes, a 10min walk over Waterloo Bridge. Leave time to stop and enjoy the view. It is one of the best views in London.

Easily, unless anyone in the party has mobility issues. It's a lovely walk. You'll have to make a decision whether to turn east or west when you're over Waterloo Bridge. Both are great. Plenty of information here. Innumerable places to sit down and have a drink/something to eat. Hope you enjoy it!
