baby bubbling at the mouth

Hello my 5 week old is an excessive crier, (although since getting a soft sling there has been a massive improvement!)

I have noticed bubbles of saliva coming out of his mouth sometimes during his crying, and when he's falling asleep.

Any ideas? Reflux or just normal?

My dc bubbled at the mouth when they were hungry.

Rabies?

Any soap gone missing?

My DS did this when he had reflux and cried a lot too.

Mine sometimes blows bubbles when windy or hungry. Literally their mouth watering ... Dame as an adult who is hungry or feels sick.

Normal baby bubbles :)
