worried: breastfeeding and used flora pro activ!!

I have been using this flora pro activ all day today when I checked the back and it says it isn't suitable for breastfeeding women.... so upset. Do you think a day using it will cause my baby harm? I know it sounds silly but I just can't stop worrying about it, my baby is 4 months xxx whatcha think? I only got it as I was starting to think I needed to get healthy again doh!

It won't harm your baby. However, it is a load of chemical shit, by no means healthy, and you'll beach better off using pure butter.

Flora pro activ is a cholesterol-reducing spread and while it is fairly chemically shit, it's not wholly unhealthy.
