at what age did your baby/toddler start using a pillow at night?

i know it is officially meant to be 12 months,but im sure my others had a pillow about 9-10 months,when i was confident they could remove it themself if it went over their face?

When they moved into a proper bed which was at 20 months for ds1, 2 years for ds2, 2 and a quarter years for dd, and 3 years for ds3.
