Issues! Rant,rant,rant!!

So I'm trying to get new shoes for 19mth dd. finally found some non-glittery, non-light flashing shoes and some fleece lined wellies for the garden (££££ grrr!) could not get her to walk in either in the shop, massive melt down, bought them, still will not wear them, either stands there screaming or lays on the floor until she pulls them off.
This has happened for ages with shoes, wellies are just not happening!!!! Bribes are not working can't find any distractions any ideas??? Getting seriously pissed off every time there's "change"

could you give in and try flashing ones, my kids loved them.

and try getting some funky character wellies, at 19 months not going to be out for long enough for feet to get really cold anyway.
