Cradle cap in a 3 year old...advice please..

My son who is 3 has still got patches of cradle cap. I have tried Dentinox which was awful and also a mild shampoo for problem scalps from Lush but to no avail. Should I be worried? Is it normal for a child to have cradle cap at 3? Have any mumsnetters got a fullproof cure or any advice about how to treat it (bearing in mind my son has sensitive skin)? Thanks........

Nitty gritty nit comb. Works wonders! Rub in lots of conditioner/oil comb through and after a few sessions it gets the lot out.

Neutrogena T Gel shampoo; recommended by a dermatologist when ds3 was 18m and busy scratching his panels of cradlecap !

Agree with sugarfree - olive oil has worked the best for my DC.
