Hello

Wanted to ask you if in your opinion it is worth buying the Ross and Wilson book for Physiology ??

It's the book Sara has reccomended I think and a few people have already got it. Am just worried about spending £20 i can't afford on one book.

I didnt use it, but lots on my course did- and I think that it is a bit more easy to understand than other books, I do have an anatomy book for you but it is a bit more indepth than the Ross one, if you have got £20 then buy it because it is on the reading list for most unis aswell so you will get your moneys worth out of it, plus you can sell it on afterwards.

Have a look at reviews on amazon for 'Marieb- fundamentals of anatomy and physiology' - thats the one that i have for you, if ross looks easier to understand than that - then Id recommend buying it - its best to understand something than not eh??!!

Ok, will have a look and try and compare them.

My friend has reccomended Principles of Anatomy and Physiology by Tortora Grabowski too. She said it is really easy to use and understand. Pricey too though. She said when ever she is on a placement and not needing it I can borrow it, so I think i'll wait and see what it's like before i buy that one.
