An interesting topic to explore with Halloween around the corner. Which character from TV, films or books is your child most scared of? My children, daughter aged 2 is frightened of Scar in the Lion King and my 9month old son screams the house down whenever Peppa Pig appears on the TV...Which my daughter loves!

Diesel ten.

But it's the kind of scared that makes ds want to watch this character over and over again for hours on end. Hmm

My 2.5 year old is a bit scared by the fox (Mr Todd?) in the awful, Dad-rock soundtrack Peter Rabbit cartoon. I see what he means, actually - something about the slightly unnatural way he moves on his hind legs, and the gentleman squire garb, is unnerving.

When dd was little it was the cow looking over the gate in Rosie and Jim.

Yes I can relate to Mr Todd! My younger sister used to hate him!

Yep DS aged 2 a bit nervous of Mr Todd (he's v sinister in the books too)
Dd aged 5 won't watch Little Mermaid as she doesn't like it when King Tritan shouts at Ariel. But has no problem with Jurassic Park Hmm

The Haahoos, especially when it's a close up and they fill the screen.
